"I was on the brink of a living nightmare when we opened a premiere class A  office building here in Arlington with a seafood restaurant. That first few months you couldn’t walk in this block without being overcome by the foul odors of seafood trash on a 90 plus degree day.

Under tremendous pressure from our partnership to resolve this I finally made a decision.
